Manages and administers Departmental server(s); designs and maintains a Departmental Intranet site; generates content for the Department's Internet site; generates ad-hoc and automatic, web-based Crystal and MS Access reports from the Department's Centricity (SQL Server) database to support administrative, QA, and clinical research activities; provides programming support for the R&D of customized decision-support software (using VB, VB for Applications (VBA), C++, and/or Java); functions as a Departmental resource for generating digital AV content and MS Powerpoint presentations; and offers assistance to Departmental staff in purchasing and configuring hardware (PCs, Servers), installing and using software (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint), and accessing pertinent Intranet and Internet content.


Required Skills
