Anesthesiology Practice Manager

Description:

Position open in Houston, TX which will be responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned market and/or site to ensure practice operations are running effectively. Additionally this role will act as the liason between the contracted physicians, hospital and/or surgery centers key management personnel, and corporate medical directors and executive team.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Provides leadership, organizational structure and management to contracted physicians for the day-to-day operations of each location

· Establishes work expectations for the contracted physicians and ensures these expectations are carried out consistently, appropriately and accurately

· Oversees the scheduling function of the contracted medical director
