Responsible for managing anesthesiology staff and leading revenue activities for specialties assigned to business group ensuring all revenue is captured and reimbursement is maximized.

Establish and maintain A/R goals for assigned business group based on practice-specific indicators, and track progress according to set goals,

Interact with administrators and physicians on a routine basis to keep them apprised of revenue stream.

Review A/R diagnostic reports each month for business group and provide feedback.

Ensure that employees are adequately trained.
